December…. Time to evaluate 2009 and set sights on 2010. Here’s some great tips from the IronGirl e-newsletter. I can really say that this December I’m feeling more than just hopeful, I’m feeling confident about what I want to achieve next year. This time around I am humble enough to allow support to keep me accountable, I have planted seeds of small successes into my subconscious so I believe I am capable, and I have proven to myself that I can move from just wanting/wishing/hoping to having/being/doing by making a simple decision and committing. I know that I said I would be wise to do the minimum 100′s before the race on Sat, but after the 300′s yesterday, I’m not sore… so 200 squats/200 crunches/ 200 curls and dips. Another seed planted into my subconscious beliefs…. ”I am getting stronger and better. My efforts make a difference and count.”
