Jumpin’ June Club

Our June Move of the Month will be Jumping Jacks & it can be done in a variety of ways. Remember the traditional Jumping Jacks from gym class and the old smell of the school house gymnasium? Most of us were so flexible then. It’s time to go down memory lane & regain some of that youth!

Here’s the Jumping Jack options. Choose the appropriate Jumping Jack (or Jill)
1) Modified Jack for those with back & knee issues
2) Traditional Jumping Jacks
3) Star Jumps
4) Power Jacks

Jumping Jacks work great for your cardiovascular health. Strengthen & firm your muscles by doing Star Jumps and Power Jacks in intervals with Traditional Jumping Jacks.

50 to 100 Jumping Jacks a day in the month of June. These can be broken up to be performed through out the day. A YouTube video demonstration will be posted soon.
