How does the challenge work? (It’s never too late to start.)
1. Beginning Sunday December 18th, go to our Facebook Fan Page daily to be updated on the exercise of the day.
2. You have until midnight to complete your workout. NO MAKE UP DAYS! NO EXCUSES!
3. Time Stamping Your Workout: While on our Facebook Fan Page, click on the “12 Days of “Fit”Mas – Holiday Daily Challenge link to be directed to our Blog.
4. “Like” by using the Facebook Like button to your right.
5. Tweete Time Stamping: Tweet “Done @victoryfitclub” by clicking on the Twitter Bird to the right.
6. Blog Time Stamping: Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Blog about how you fell, in the Facebook box, after completing your workout (check “Post to Facebook”).
