8th Day of “Fit” Mas-50 Burpees

1. You have until midnight to complete 50 Burpees. With today being Christmas I want you to get them out of the way early. More is Better.
NO MAKE UP DAYS! NO EXCUSES!

  1. I do a few "burpees" myself every time I drink a beer.

  2. 50 Burpees….Did 25 single leg Burpees on the right and 25 on the left…That was fun. My right leg was tough but it's done :-)
