This program is designed for all fitness levels. Your Fitness Trainer will design each workout to bring out your very best potential. Every session is different; no two days are the same & will motivate and inspire you. To prepare for the best results: Drink a minimum of 64oz of water a day, take multi-vitamins, & get 6-8 hours of deep sleep. We are a family of expert trainers who believe in the natural way of weight loss. No shots, chemicals, hormones, or pills prescribed or recommended. We always recommend that you consult a doctor prior to starting a program.

FitCamp Preparations:
What to bring each day:

1) Hand weights (3 to 8 pounds)

2) ½ inch thick exercise mat or yoga mat

3) Exercise Tubing (looks like a long elastic/rubber jump rope with handles. Target or Wal-Mart around $8)

4) Warm layered clothing, hat, and warm gloves. Waterproof jacket is recommended.

5) 32 ounces of water

    I’ve been looking for a program that will fit with my work schedule….the morning sessions you offer don’t give me enough time to get home and shower before work. Any chance you’ll be adding afternoon Fit Camps/Boot Camps in the Kent/Renton/Burien areas?

    Hello Patricka, We have classes year round in Kent, Federal Way Covington/Lak Sawyer and Renton. Our Summer Classes are now available for registration. You can start as soon as tomorrow.

    What are the specific time schedule/months for the classes at the Kent and federal way location?
    Are the summer sessions done outside?
    When/what months are the classes outside/inside?
    Are there male instructers?
