FitCamp Preparations:
What to bring each day:
1) Hand weights (3 to 8 pounds)
2) ½ inch thick exercise mat or yoga mat
3) Exercise Tubing (looks like a long elastic/rubber jump rope with handles. Target or Wal-Mart around $8)
4) Warm layered clothing, hat, and warm gloves. Waterproof jacket is recommended.
5) 32 ounces of water







Hi! This whole idea seems really amazing! Does your company have any plans on expanding into Tacoma/Lakewood? Or maybe even DuPont?
I was wondering if you offer any of your boot camps in the Tacoma area and also do you offer them in the evening like after 5pm. Also your Zumba class you do offer it in Tacoma or the federal Way area?

If you are attending one of our morning programs, then you can pick what ever schedule you choose. I suggest purchasing a package of 12, 16, or 20 sessions to save $$. 12 sessions is $16.58ea., 16 sessions is $15.56ea., 20 sessions is $14.95ea. If you purchase individual sessions or anything less than 12, each session is $20ea and it expires when the boot camp is finished. Sessions in a package expire in a year. Right now PM boot camps are summer only because it’s outdoors in parks & trails. It will get dark soon. Zumba Party Fitness will be indoors and run through the winter.
One last thing about scheduleing & choosing days to attend that I mentioned above, this is not applicable to corporate boot camps where you and your coworkers decide together what the schedule will be.
I was wondering if you have to sign up for consistant days…for example do I have to always come on mwf or tu thurs or can you just pay for 2 or 3 days a week and come when you are available because my work schedule doesnt allow me to have consistant days off…and another question is are the pm sessions only in the summer???
